Have you ever forgotten to toss your high-priced spectacles into your bag before rushing for the water, only to loose them to King Neptune himself? I know I have far to often. Whether I simply forgot that I had them on before heading out into the surf or I was trying to sneak into the water just long enough to rinse my board off. Then from out of nowhere… WHAM!

The fourth annual Boost Mobile Pro was held September 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th and 18th, 2005 at the famed Lower Trestles near San Clemente, California, which is considered to be the premier high-performance surfing location on mainland USA. Our friend and photographer, Lance Smith was there with his trigger finger just itching to shoot something. I’d say he bagged some great ones…
